RoadSafe Traffic Systems Acquires B.C. Cannon Co., Inc

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc. (RoadSafe), a leading provider of infrastructure services, today announced the acquisition of B.C. Cannon Co., Inc (B.C. Cannon). Headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, B.C. Cannon has supplied traffic control services and products to heavy highway and utility companies for decades.

This is RoadSafe’s 12th acquisition since entering a strategic partnership with private equity firms Investcorp and Trilantic North America in 2021. The addition of B.C. Cannon will further expand RoadSafe’s operations and support traffic control and road striping activities across the Carolinas.
