Great Clips® Rolls out New “Look Book” Feature to Enhance In-Salon Haircut Experiences

“Look Book” is Part of New Website Refresh Aimed to Create a More Seamless and Consistent Experience for Great Clips Customers

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Great Clips, the world’s largest salon brand, has relaunched its website (www.GreatClips.com) with a variety of new features and enhancements designed to create a more user-friendly experience leading up to and during an in-salon visit.

One of the newest website features is called "Look Book” - a digital portfolio and reference guide that allows customers to check out popular hairstyles for the entire family before they visit their local Great Clips salon. Customers can view images of various hairstyles and learn about the ongoing maintenance they require, how to style them, what products work best, as well as tips for discussing their desired look with a Great Clips stylist.

Additional enhancements to the website include:

  • A refreshed Online Check-In experience that allows customers to check-in even faster through the Great Clips website and see where they are in line before heading to the salon.
  • The ability to create an account and save their favorite local Great Clips salon for a quicker and easier check-in experience whenever they need a haircut.
  • Overall optimization for mobile devices and connectivity between the website and the Great Clips app.
