Kramer Levin Expands Leading Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice With Addition of Partner Arlene J. Ortiz-Leytte

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kramer Levin is pleased to announce that Arlene J. Ortiz-Leytte has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate department in New York.

Ms. Ortiz-Leytte advises private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, capital-raising transactions, equity and debt investments, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, and other complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Her work spans a variety of industries, including chemicals, energy, entertainment, fashion, food and retail, health care, manufacturing, professional services, real estate, technology, and transportation.
