JetBlue Expands Mexico Service with Flights from New York to Tulum on Sale Today

The Airline’s Flights to Tulum’s New Airport Will Complement JetBlue’s Existing Service to Nearby Cancun and Provide More Options for Customers

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--JetBlue (NASDAQ: JBLU) today announced it will serve Tulum, its fourth destination in Mexico. JetBlue’s flights to Tulum are on sale starting today. Daily nonstop service from New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to Felipe Carrillo Puerto Tulum International Airport (TQO) will begin June 13, 2024(a). Nestled on the Caribbean coast in the Riviera Maya, Tulum is known for its serene beaches, eco-conscious living, and rich Mayan history. This will be JetBlue’s fourth destination in Mexico, where it currently serves Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos.

JetBlue began serving Mexico with flights from New York’s JFK to Cancun more than 17 years ago, and has since added Cancun service from Boston, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Los Angeles, Tampa, Newark and Raleigh. In the past few years, JetBlue expanded with flights to Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos from New York’s JFK Airport and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) with connections available throughout JetBlue’s network. With the addition of service to Tulum, JetBlue will become the only airline to serve Tulum with nonstop service from New York's JFK and will offer more than 15 peak daily flights from the United States to popular vacation destinations on both Mexico’s Pacific and Atlantic coasts.
