Mr. Titowsky is a seasoned attorney who brings to NAM his deep experience in the handling of personal injury, labor law and medical malpractice matters. Throughout his 40-year legal career, he has represented clients throughout the New York Metropolitan area in thousands of cases both in court litigations and private mediations.

Prior to joining NAM, he was a partner in a prominent New York law firm where he successfully handled a variety of personal injury related matters including high-exposure NY labor law, premises liability, motor vehicle, general liability, insurance coverage/indemnity, and medical malpractice matters from inception to trial and appeals. For the past 15 years, Mr. Titowsky has focused his practice on representing clients in both private and court-ordered mediations, as well as serving as a court-appointed mediator for personal injury and labor law cases.
