LegalShield Bolsters Leadership Team with Key Appointments

ADA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LegalShield strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Mark Conlin as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Brian Caron as Vice President of Lawyer Services. These appointments underscore LegalShield's strategic focus on elevating legal protection for its members through advanced technology and exceptional member service.

In his role as CTO, Mark Conlin will lead LegalShield's technology vision and strategy. With over two decades of software engineering leadership spanning consulting firms, start-ups, and global enterprises, Conlin has a track record of scaling operations, modernizing legacy technology, and developing software teams and products. His recent positions include leading marketplace engineering at Outdoorsy and overseeing Travel and Commerce Platforms at BCD Travel.

Conlin will report to LegalShield CEO Warren Schlichting.

As Vice President of Lawyer Services, Caron will oversee LegalShield’s nationwide network of law firms, a group that manages more than 150,000 member inquiries monthly. With a legal career spanning more than two decades, Caron most recently was an attorney with Maguire Schneider Hassay LLP, where he also served as director of network operations and customer care. He is a former board member and president of the Group Legal Services Association of the American Bar Association.

Caron will report to LegalShield COO Kathy Pinson.
