In his recent role at Multigreen Properties, he showcased his adept leadership in complex real estate transactions and capital financing. His role as a Management Consultant at Leyton Properties involved leading acquisitions due diligence for luxury residential developments, contributing invaluable expertise in navigating nuanced real estate landscapes. And at Ernst & Young, Steven's tenure as Senior Manager in Assurance Services demonstrated a deep understanding of SEC registered public company practices, IPO readiness, and the operational intricacies of real estate Companies, both public and private.
