Managing Director, Accounting Advisory

Based in New York City, Steven will predominantly operate from the DLA NYC office while collaborating closely with team members across the entire Accounting Advisory Group.

Steven brings over 17 years of distinguished experience in strategic finance, capital markets, and operational excellence in real estate. In his recent role at Multigreen Properties, he showcased his adept leadership in complex real estate transactions and capital financing. His role as a Management Consultant at Leyton Properties involved leading acquisitions due diligence for luxury residential developments, contributing invaluable expertise in navigating nuanced real estate landscapes. And at Ernst & Young, Steven's tenure as Senior Manager in Assurance Services demonstrated a deep understanding of SEC registered public company practices, IPO readiness, and the operational intricacies of real estate Companies, both public and private.

Steven's appointment at DLA marks a strategic move to enhance the firm's advisory offerings. His unique blend of expertise, and deep understanding, of real estate will play a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s capabilities, influencing growth across the entire organization.
