NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clarion Partners, LLC, a leading real estate investment manager, announced today that Kimberly Adams will be joining the Firm’s senior leadership team as a Managing Director in early 2024. In this new role, she will be responsible for spearheading Clarion’s global strategies targeting alternative property sectors.

In this new role, Kim will work in close alignment with Clarion’s CIO Jeb Belford. “Kim has been a leading figure in the commercial real estate space with extensive experience,” added Belford. “We are confident that the depth of her sector expertise and breadth of her market knowledge will enhance the opportunity set we proudly offer to our clients.”
