AccelPro accelerates professional development by supporting professionals in specific industries like law and accounting, and specialties within those industries, such as employment law and audit. Since its initial launch this summer, more than 7,500 members have joined to access interviews with industry experts on key topics including collective bargaining, discrimination, AI, intellectual property, and bioinformatics. And now, AccelPro is introducing its peer-to-peer coaching platform with topics that include moving from a firm to in-house, managing client relationships, and working with recruiters.

“In competitive fields with changing norms, the traditional top-down approach to learning and mentorship does not adequately serve the most important constituent: the professional,” said Geoff Isenman, general manager, AccelPro. “We launched AccelPro to help professionals actively manage their careers through expert insights and moderated peer-to-peer coaching. We give members the chance to openly discuss career strategies and struggles unique not just to an industry, but to specialties within it. We are thrilled by the thoughtful participation we are seeing from the professionals who have already joined the community, demonstrating that there’s a real need for this kind of development tool.”

Alongside exclusive interviews, the opportunity to connect with peers and experts is designed to help professionals navigate and accelerate their careers. Through AccelPro’s products, community members can ask for guidance and offer advice on their most pressing career questions. Additional legal and accounting specialties are set to launch in the coming months.

Legal and accounting professionals can now join the beta for free to receive weekly insights from experts and join moderated peer-to-peer coaching sessions.
