Industry veteran with proven track record joins platform agency to drive growth and foster diversity and inclusion initiatives

With an impressive track record and extensive experience in the insurance industry, Ms. Molina brings a wealth of expertise to drive strategic growth and revenue initiatives at C3.

Ms. Molina comes to C3 Risk & Insurance Services from a large multinational insurance carrier where she served as SVP, Regional Leader of its San Diego and Orange County personal and commercial lines operations. She led her team to achieve record growth and also co-chaired the company’s employee resource group dedicated to the support, development and advancement of women. Ms. Molina’s professional drive, warm demeanor and passion for equity, diversity and inclusion make her a great addition to the leadership team at C3.

She will oversee producer development and producer recruitment for the California-based insurance firm.
