TotalEnergies Announces the Third Interim Dividend of €0.74/Share for Fiscal Year 2023, an Increase of More Than 7% Compared to 2022

The Board of Directors meeting on October 25, 2023 under the chairmanship of Mr. Patrick Pouyanné, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, decided the distribution of the third 2023 interim dividend of 0.74 €/share, an increase of 7.25% compared to the three interim dividends paid for fiscal year 2022 and identical to the first and second 2023 interims. This increase is in line with the shareholder return policy confirmed by the Board of Directors in February 2023.

This interim dividend will be paid in cash exclusively, according to the following timetable:
