Voya launches new ‘Advisor Dashboard’ to enhance digital retirement plan onboarding experience

With a focus on providing greater support for retirement plan advisors in the emerging and middle market segments, Voya’s Advisor Dashboard will offer greater opportunities for plan advisors to align with clients during the retirement plan implementation process.

Voya’s new Advisor Dashboard offers a continued smooth and seamless implementation experience with additional resources to support retirement plan advisors who are very hands on during transition processes. Complementing and expanding the implementation services Voya offers today, the Advisor Dashboard includes:

  • 24/7 real-time “line of sight” for retirement plans onboarding with Voya, including key milestones, steps achieved, outstanding items from contracting and service agreements, payroll, live plan status and everything in between;
  • A connected experience through the Voya Financial for Professionals® portal, a system Voya’s retirement plan advisors have come to know and use, providing a convenient way for plan advisors to manage their Voya retirement plan business;
  • Progress alerts for pending items, allowing users to stay informed and guide clients as well as engage in areas advisors may want to influence (e.g., outstanding sponsor signature, plan provisions); and
  • A comprehensive view of timelines, providing the ability to make working with clients and other provider partners for plan services more efficient.
