Voya launches new ‘Advisor Dashboard’ to enhance digital retirement plan onboarding experience

WINDSOR, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), a leading health, wealth and investment company, is announcing the launch of its new “Advisor Dashboard,” the latest addition to the firm’s suite of digital implementation support resources. With a focus on providing greater support for retirement plan advisors in the emerging and middle market segments, Voya’s Advisor Dashboard will offer greater opportunities for plan advisors to align with clients during the retirement plan implementation process.

“At Voya, we know that implementation is a time of change, and we know that change can be complex, particularly when it comes to a workplace retirement savings solution,” said Doug Murray, senior vice president, Wealth Solutions Distribution and Client Engagement at Voya Financial. “To support this process, and our ability to serve all employer and plan sizes, we continue to make investments in products and solutions that will allow the plan advisors we work with to help their clients reach their future goals. We’re thrilled to bring forward additional resources for our clients and advisor network, followed by highly engaging employee experiences, that can help facilitate better financial outcomes for employees.”

Voya’s new Advisor Dashboard offers a continued smooth and seamless implementation experience with additional resources to support retirement plan advisors who are very hands on during transition processes. Complementing and expanding the implementation services Voya offers today, the Advisor Dashboard includes:

  • 24/7 real-time “line of sight” for retirement plans onboarding with Voya, including key milestones, steps achieved, outstanding items from contracting and service agreements, payroll, live plan status and everything in between;
  • A connected experience through the Voya Financial for Professionals® portal, a system Voya’s retirement plan advisors have come to know and use, providing a convenient way for plan advisors to manage their Voya retirement plan business;
  • Progress alerts for pending items, allowing users to stay informed and guide clients as well as engage in areas advisors may want to influence (e.g., outstanding sponsor signature, plan provisions); and
  • A comprehensive view of timelines, providing the ability to make working with clients and other provider partners for plan services more efficient.

Voya’s Wealth Solutions business remains well diversified across plan sizes, industries and tax codes. The newly introduced Advisor Dashboard builds on Voya’s continued focus on enhancing the implementation experience for clients, plan advisors and consultants across all market segments and sizes. Most recently, the firm has made significant investments in the onboarding experience, offering new automated and digital tools for streamlined processing. These enhancements also include delivering a more hands-on, consultative approach with improved onboarding touchpoints and ongoing communication from start to finish of a plan implementation. As a result, Voya’s enhanced digital implementation process is making a significant impact and continues to receive positive reviews from sponsors, advisors, third-party administrators and participants alike.1

“We have both significant scale and great distribution relationships that give us confidence to meet the needs of all our customers — through the products and solutions that we offer today and further capabilities that we are developing,” added Murray. “We are committed to making the implementation process as seamless as possible through a digital experience that connects people, process and technology, and the Advisor Dashboard now provides an additional tool that supplements the teams and services that are dedicated to helping clients with plan transition. As a result, plan sponsors can continue to focus on confidently moving their workplace benefits and savings programs to an experienced organization, and employees can get set up in their new retirement plans sooner.”

Voya’s Wealth Solutions business is continuing to grow and expand its resources to strengthen its position in the market to serve retirement plans of all sizes and across all segments. As an industry leader focused on the delivery of benefits, savings and investment solutions to and through the workplace, Voya is committed to delivering on its mission to make a secure financial future possible for all — one person, one family, one institution at a time.
