This award recognizes appraisal professionals under 40 years of age who have demonstrated leadership in ASA and are making significant and positive impacts in the appraisal profession,” said Garrett Schwartz, Senior Equipment Appraiser for Sencer Appraisal Associates and President of ASA. “Joseph embodies the spirit of this award as a young leader who is passionate about the profession and ASA. His professional engagement and active participation on several ASA international committees are making a difference, and I was thrilled to be able to participate in this recognition of his leadership and service. I look forward to Joseph’s continued success and growth as an appraiser, as a professional, and as a member of ASA.”

Joyce was recently welcomed as a second-time presenter (2021 and 2023) at the ASA International Valuation Conference.
