RoadSafe Traffic Systems Appoints Drew Himber as Vice President of Corporate Development

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc. (“RoadSafe”), a leading provider of infrastructure services, today announced the appointment of Drew Himber in the newly created role of Vice President of Corporate Development to lead and accelerate the company’s acquisition-driven growth. This role will help further expand RoadSafe’s robust acquisition strategy, which has included nine acquisitions over the past two years.

Himber will lead RoadSafe’s inorganic growth strategy platform and will be a crucial leader in the company’s overall strategy for long-term sustainable growth. Prior to joining RoadSafe, Himber was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategic Growth at KaufmanHall & Associates where he led multiple acquisitions to double the size of the company. Himber also served as an Executive Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development at WernerCo where he led all M&A and strategic planning activities globally.
