Howard Energy Partners Adds Kelly McBeth to Lead Government Relations

SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Howard Energy Partners (“HEP”) announced today that Kelly McBeth has joined the company as Vice President of Government Relations. McBeth has more than 20 years of Texas lobbying experience focused on energy, water, and electricity policy. She will be implementing legislative and governmental strategies that advance HEP’s interests before state and federal legislatures, regulatory agencies, and trade associations. McBeth established Texas Energy Lobby in 2008 and began representing HEP in 2012.

In 2021, McBeth expanded Texas Energy Lobby to offer multi-state coverage, allowing her to provide continuity and efficiencies to clients with assets across the United States. She is currently registered to lobby in Texas, Louisiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. McBeth holds a BBA in Business and Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in English from the University of Texas Permian Basin. She will maintain offices in San Antonio and Austin.
