Priority Health Receives National Recognition for Customer Service

Priority Health named to Newsweek’s America’s Best Customer Service 2024 list

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Priority Health, a nationally recognized nonprofit health plan serving more than 1.3 million members, is being recognized for its best-in-class customer service.

Priority Health has been named to Newsweek’s America’s Best Customer Service 2024 list in the health insurance category.

“Our members are at the center of everything we do, and our dedicated customer service representatives put the needs and interests of our members above all else,” said Praveen Thadani, president of Priority Health. “I am so very proud of our customer service team members for their commitment to excellence and for earning this prestigious, well-deserved honor.”

The award ranking was based on an independent survey of more than 30,000 U.S. customers who have either made purchases, used services or gathered information about products or services in the past three years. In total, more than 200,000 evaluations were collected. The final rankings were based on the Likelihood of Recommendation, and five evaluation criteria (Quality of Communication, Professional Competence, Range of Services, Customer Focus and Accessibility).

“We work hard to understand the wants and needs of our members so they can successfully manage their health and get proper care,” said Carol Nowak, vice president of enterprise operations at Priority Health. “We are committed to providing our members with the best possible experience, and this national ranking is a testament to the efforts of our extraordinary customer service team.”
