Doug Pera Joins Alliant Insurance Services as Executive Vice President

Industry veteran will drive growth for Alliant

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Doug Pera has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Executive Vice President and Director within its Alliant Americas division. Based in Richmond, VA, Pera has more than 30 years’ experience in the insurance brokerage industry and has served in a variety of senior roles including production, segment and geographic leadership and strategy development.

Prior to joining Alliant, Pera served as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Risk and Broking in the Southeast Region for a global risk advisor, insurance and reinsurance broker. Most recently, he led the retail insurance brokerage operations in Tennessee, Virginia, Maryland, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Florida, with a focus on growth, clients and talent acquisition and development.
