PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aramark (NYSE: ARMK) today announced the pricing of the previously announced underwritten secondary offering (the “Offering”) of 21,262,245 shares of its common stock offered for sale by a selling stockholder that is a counterparty to a derivative sale agreement with an affiliate of Mantle Ridge LP at a public offering price of $39.75 per share. Aramark is not selling any shares of its common stock in the Offering and will not receive any proceeds from the Offering. The Offering is expected to close on or about August 11, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
