Thomas Park Management Announces Two New Hires to Handle Continued Growth

ANNAPOLIS, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thomas Park Management (TPM), a leading full-service property management company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Margaret Evans as Director of Portfolio Management, and Sheri Levine as Commercial Property Manager. Margaret will be responsible for overseeing the relationship with TPM’s largest institutional partner. Sheri will manage a diverse commercial property portfolio throughout Maryland.

Margaret brings extensive experience to TPM, having served as the Director overseeing the management of a large portfolio of medical office buildings while at Cushman & Wakefield. Margaret led a team of ten professionals, successfully operating 700,000 square feet of medical office buildings in Annapolis and the surrounding areas.

Margaret earned a B.S. Degree in Marketing and Finance from Salisbury University. She holds a Real Property Administrator designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) and is a LEED Green Associate accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council. In addition, Margaret is currently pursuing an M.B.A. Degree at Johns Hopkins University, where she is focusing on Leading Organizations. Margaret also serves as the President of BOMA in Baltimore.

Sheri Levine brings significant experience to TPM, most recently as a Property Manager with Monday Properties. Sheri also has experience with Lincoln Property Company and CBRE in the Washington, D.C. area. Sheri’s diverse experience includes retail, office, and industrial property types. Sheri earned a B.S. Degree from Northeastern University and holds a Virginia real estate license. Sheri is also active in Women In Retail Real Estate and is a volunteer coach at YMCA.
