AM Best to Host Briefing on State of Captive Insurance Market

OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AM Best will host a market briefing on the state of the captive insurance industry on Friday, Aug. 4, 2023, at 2: 00 p.m. (EDT).

The event will feature a panel of AM Best analytical staff and industry experts as they discuss trends for captives through 2022 and the current state of the market. They also will examine captive underwriting performance, increased utilization of captives, growth of small and medium-sized captives and cell captives for risk transfer and opportunities and challenges in the captive space, portions of which will be based on AM Best’s annual report on rated captives.
