SierraConstellation Partners Honored at The Global M&A Network’s 2023 Turnaround Atlas Awards

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Global M&A Network has announced the winners of the 15^th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards, naming national interim management and advisory firm SierraConstellation Partners (“SCP”) “Boutique Consulting Firm of the Year.” In addition to the category honor, SCP was also named the winner of “Chapter 11 Restructuring of the Year (Small)” for their work with NewAge, Inc. The awards were presented at the 15^th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards Gala Dinner at the Metropolitan Club in New York.

This is the first time SCP has received recognition as Boutique Consulting Firm of the Year from the Global M&A Network and is an accolade that marks a significant milestone in the firm's continued growth. The recognition of Chapter 11 Restructuring of the Year (Small) honors SCP’s work with the board of NewAge at a time of performance challenges for the company, including executive turnover, M&A integration and acute cashflow and liquidity issues. The SCP team, led by CEO Larry Perkins, Managing Director Carl Moore, Senior Director Ben Smith and Director John Halloran, was able to successfully sell NewAge’s social selling business, achieve court approval for the company’s Chapter 11 plan, and place the reorganized company on the path to success.
