KBRA Assigns Preliminary Ratings to Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2023-CES1 (TPMT 2023-CES1)

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KBRA assigns preliminary ratings to 42 classes of asset-backed securities from Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2023-CES1 (TPMT 2023-CES1), a $338.5 million RMBS transaction (as of the May 31, 2023 statistical calculation date) sponsored by FirstKey Mortgage, LLC. The collateral consists entirely of closed-end second lien mortgages, seasoned three months and comprises 4,678 loans originated by Rocket Mortgage, LLC (45.2%), PennyMac Loan Services, LLC (28.9%) and Spring EQ, LLC (25.9%). The collateral is characterized entirely by fully amortizing, fixed-rate mortgages.
