Stephens Insurance Hires Rich Krutsch

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Stephens Insurance, LLC, an affiliate of Stephens Inc., today announced the hiring of Rich Krutsch as a Senior Vice President within the Employee Benefits division. Mr. Krutsch brings more than 25 years of experience working within human resources and employee benefits functions at a large corporation with a national footprint. Mr. Krutsch will be based in the Fayetteville, Arkansas office of Stephens Insurance.

Prior to joining Stephens Insurance, Mr. Krutsch had an illustrious career at ArcBest. At ArcBest, he most recently served as the Vice President of People Services. Among his many innovations, Mr. Krutsch developed technology to personalize care while reducing friction. He also developed a program to add benefits without passing costs on to employees that additionally decreased the overall healthcare spend. Mr. Krutsch is a graduate of the University of Arkansas where he earned a B.A. and a M.B.A.
