CoreLogic Transforms Decision-Making for Real Estate, Insurance and Mortgage Leaders through New Self-Service Clip Enablement App on Snowflake Marketplace

First-of-its-kind app built on the Snowflake platform reduces time to insight from months to minutes

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CoreLogic®, a leader in global property information, analytics and data-enabled solutions, is reducing the time to insight from months to minutes with its new Self-Serve Clip App available on the Snowflake Marketplace. Built natively for Snowflake, the new app integrates seamlessly with the Snowflake platform and other cloud stacks, empowering insights delivered directly in a client’s environment. The Self-Serve CLIP app allows users to easily assign CoreLogic’s property identifier to their property portfolio to unlock CoreLogic’s data easily from within their own Snowflake instance.

Designed for decision-makers in the real estate, insurance and mortgage industries, the Self-Service Clip App enables speed to insight, which ultimately reduces time, cost and effort from analytics and modeling, transforming the way users interact with property data. It provides a comprehensive understanding of any property through CoreLogic’s exclusive ability to link all instances of the property across data sets through unique property identifiers.

“CoreLogic is committed to developing new ways to enable efficient, confident decision-making through property data and analytics. This new offering also provides an unprecedented level of security and control for users,” said John Rogers, Chief Innovation Officer for CoreLogic. “By reducing the time to insight so dramatically, we’re empowering data-driven decisioning that will give users a distinct competitive advantage in their markets.”

Designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, the app enables portfolio insights and analytic solutions to be quickly deployed and adopted within existing workflows. Additionally, the data never leaves the client’s environment, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations. By having the data available within the client’s environment directly, it provides a deep understanding of any property.

John Rogers will be speaking at the Snowflake® Summit 2023 of June 28 from 1-1:30 pm PT. His presentation is entitled “Enrich Your Portfolio Analytics with a Click in CoreLogic's Snowflake Native App.”
