Adam Rieman Joins Alliant Insurance Services in Chicago

Rieman to implement benefits strategies that enhance employee well-being, drive down operating costs, and strengthen the bottom line

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Adam Rieman has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group in Chicago. In his role with Alliant, Rieman will design and deploy comprehensive employee benefits programs for a diverse client base.

Throughout his career, Rieman has worked with clients across a broad range of industries, implementing strategies that enhance employee well-being, drive down operating costs, and strengthen the bottom line. His experience includes all aspects related to developing and executing an employer’s benefit plan, including plan design; financial analysis and modeling; funding arrangements; plan administration; compliance oversight; technology solutions; ongoing plan analytics; service delivery; and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Alliant, Rieman was a National Account Executive at a major insurance carrier where he was responsible for client growth and relationship management for employers with 5,000+ benefit-eligible employees. He was the lead account representative across all lines of business and led all aspects of strategic plan development and service execution. Rieman earned his bachelor’s degree in management and organizational leadership from Illinois State University. He currently holds life, health, property, casualty, variable contracts, Series 6, and Series 63 licenses.
