Ingenovis Health ACT Program Introduces Latest Benefit: New Educational Opportunities for Clinicians, Employees

The newly announced tuition discount program is offered in partnership with American College of Education and offered to clinicians and employees as part of the one-of-a-kind Ingenovis Health ACT program

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ingenovis Health, a leading healthcare talent provider, recently announced a new tuition discount program in partnership with American College of Education (ACE). Through this collaboration, a range of flexible and affordable online programs are now available to Ingenovis Health clinicians and corporate employees.

The new benefit comes as part of Ingenovis Health’s ACT (Advocacy. Career. Tools.) program, created to support the well-being and career advancement of healthcare workers amid the ongoing and urgent nationwide nursing shortage. The partnership provides discounted tuition and supplemental support from ACE, to guide clinicians and employees in choosing courses needed to achieve their learning and career goals.

“We have been closely listening to our clinicians and are working diligently to equip them with the necessary tools to advance their work in the field,” said Ingenovis Health Sr. Vice President of Clinician Advocacy Robin Geiger, DNP, MSN, FNP-BC, NEA-BC. "This new program, in conjunction with the existing offerings of the ACT program, demonstrates our commitment to provide pragmatic resources to support our healthcare providers and their career growth."

With more than 70 ACE educational offerings available, enrollees benefit from state-of-the-art interactive and immersive educational experiences, while taking advantage of affordable tuition options, coursework flexibility and accelerated learning opportunities. The program will offer participants guidance on options and courses needed to further advance along their career ladders.

“At ACE, we provide education solutions that help to strengthen the healthcare talent pipeline,” ACE President and CEO Geordie Hyland added. “Partnering with Ingenovis Health aligns with our mission to provide relevant, industry-leading opportunities to healthcare professionals nationwide.”

Online courses are available for those seeking advanced degrees, professional certificates, or upskilling with micro-credentialing or standalone courses. Each nursing, healthcare and leadership program – including ACE’s RN to MSN, BSN to MSN and RN to BSN programs – is designed for busy working professionals and is led by award-winning faculty, all of whom have practical working knowledge of the healthcare industry.

With seven category-leading companies in its portfolio, Ingenovis Health has defined the organizational purpose as building a home for healthcare talent so providers can grow, thrive and progress in their careers. This newest initiative continues to cultivate the ecosystem of opportunities by advocating for employees and clinicians, while offering career development and escalation across its family of brands.
