ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CNEXT, a highly-diverse global community for leadership exchange, development, and advancement of high-impact leaders, welcomes participants from ACCELERATE Founding Partner companies to the first annual ACCELERATE Summit in Arizona. Leaders from the inaugural cohorts will engage in an immersive learning experience designed to cultivate invaluable skills required to drive enterprise-level impact. The Summit aims to help participants leverage their leadership purpose and harness their authentic diversity dimensions as strategic assets, reinforcing the program’s mission: to advance leadership diversity.

CNEXT ACCELERATE is an 18-month leadership program geared toward preparing underrepresented mid-level leaders for Enterprise level roles. Built around four development pillars, Leadership, Personal Impact, Enterprise Excellence, and an Inclusive Managers series, ACCELERATE is designed to equip underrepresented professionals with key skills and capabilities required to advance to senior ranks. The program is delivered via virtual sessions with CNEXT's vast network of Fortune-ranked CEOs and best-in-class practitioners. It also includes an annual in-person Summit for more in-depth experiential learning and development.
