SEGRO plc Saving Related Share Option Scheme (Sharesave)

The 2020 Sharesave matured on 1 June 2023 and the following Directors exercised their options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (Shares) at 616.48 pence per Share.

The savings contracts for the 2023 Sharesave award also commenced on 1 June 2023, and the following Directors and PDMR were granted options to buy Shares at an option price of 580.80 pence per Share at the end of a three-year saving period.
