Andersen’s Commercial Practice Welcomes Brent Snyder as Managing Director

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Managing Director Brent Snyder has joined the Commercial practice in Dallas, bringing more than 16 years of experience handling complex tax and business issues.

Brent joined Andersen after serving as a Tax Director for PwC’s Financial Services Tax practice. There, he specialized in U.S. federal tax consulting and related tax accounting for multinational corporations reporting under U.S. GAAP.

Brent received his BBA in accounting and MS from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas, as well as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
