Surf Air Mobility Announces Public Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Direct Listing of Its Common Stock
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Surf Air Mobility Inc. (“Surf Air Mobility” or “Surf Air”), a regional air travel company aiming to sustainably connect the world’s communities, today announced it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 and S-4 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") relating to the proposed direct listing of its common stock. Surf Air Mobility intends to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "SRFM."
