(“Complete Solaria” or the “Company”), a leading solar technology, services, and installation company, today announced it will be hosting a one-hour virtual update on May 23, 2023 at 11:00 AM ET, to review its Q1 results, pending business combination, and market backdrop for residential solar. Complete Solaria announced on October 3, 2022 an agreement for a business combination with Freedom Acquisition I Corp. (“Freedom”) (NYSE: FACT), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company.
