The 2022 Universal Registration Document includes:
- the 2022 Annual Financial Report, including the Management Report, and
- the Report on Corporate Governance,

The Company’s auditors have issued an audit opinion which includes a material uncertainty related to the going concern and a qualification related to the valuation of one of the Company’s assets.
