WILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, following news Twitter, Inc. has departed Delaware and merged with Nevada-based X Corp, the latest in a series of high-profile exits from the state due to Chancery Court overreach, including TransPerfect and DuPont spinoff Corteva, Citizens for Judicial Fairness released the following statement:
