Based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, McCarthy will work with a broad range of clients, designing and delivering strategic employee benefits solutions that reduce healthcare costs, increase productivity, and provide long-term financial sustainability.

McCarthy has more than 20 years of experience in the field of employee benefits consulting serving a national client base that spans a breadth of industries. Regarded for his skills in relationship management and strategic benefits consulting, McCarthy has a history of forging the deep client and colleague relationships that are required to deliver meaningful results.
