Additionally, the Company announced the new North Carolina office location where both executives will be based.
Setzer joins from World Wide Technology where he was responsible for financial planning and analysis for the technology solutions provider with over $17 billion in annual revenue. He is a senior financial and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience serving high-growth technology, life sciences, and pharmaceutical services organizations, including previous senior leadership roles as CFO of Avista Pharma Solutions, executive financial roles with INC Research (now Syneos Health, Inc.), and CFO of Expression Analysis, a leading provider of genomic services for use in clinical trials and research (acquired by Quintiles, now IQVIA). He received his MBA from Duke University and B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego.
Twiddy joins AutoCruitment from ChannelAdvisor where she served as General Counsel of the global e-commerce SaaS company, which went private in November 2022. She previously served as U.S. General Counsel of Mayne Pharma Inc. and was a partner with the K&L Gates law firm. Prior, she served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of LipoScience, Inc., which merged with Laboratory Corporation of America in 2014. She also served as the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of M*Modal, Inc., which traded on NASDAQ until it went private in 2012. Earlier in her career she held senior legal executive roles with Quintiles Transnational Corp. (now IQVIA), Misys plc, and IBM Corporation and worked with a variety of law firms. She received a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
