Ryan Acquires RTC Consulting, Expanding SR&ED Services in Canada

MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, has announced the acquisition of RTC Consulting (RTC), a leading scientific research and experimental development (SR&ED) tax consultancy in Canada.
