Chartwell Residential Breaks Ground on their Upscale Build-for-Rent Neighborhood in Gallatin

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Chartwell Residential announced it commenced work on its 40-acre residential community in Gallatin, TN, with construction services provided by Franklin Construction Group. The Chartwell Commons at Green Lea community features 528 housing properties, including multi-family units, townhomes, and single-family homes in one upscale development with an authentic neighborhood ambiance that sets the community apart from standard garden-style communities.

Chartwell Commons at Green Lea offers attractive rental housing options for first-time home seekers, empty nesters, and renters while offering a neighborhood setting that usually can only be achieved through home ownership. Pedestrian sidewalks, lush landscaping design, and decorative lamp posts are features throughout the neighborhood. The primary leasing and community center will offer an expansive interior lounge space, a 24-hour fitness center, and an expansive covered patio with a fireplace overlooking a resort-style pool. A secondary community building offers an interior lounge space for tenant gatherings/party events, a large resort-style pool featuring a splash pad, an exterior lounge and game zones, and a pool-adjacent fire pit.
