NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company announces that on 27 January 2023, Tim Dyson, an Executive Director of the Company and person discharging managerial responsibility (‘PDMR’), sold 300,000 Ordinary shares of 2.5p each of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of £10.50 per share.
Following this transaction, Tim is interested in a total of 4,742,275 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each in the Company, representing approximately 4.81% of the Company’s issued share capital.
