S1 Medical Appoints Kori Theusch as COO

Passionate Client-Centric Managed Care Exec to Head Company Operations

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Service First Medical, LLC an independent medical cost management firm founded in 2016 announced that Kori Theusch has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.

As the organization’s first COO, Kori Theusch will now accept responsibility to ensure that S1 is structured appropriately to fulfill its mission to be the market’s choice for service focused, progressively thinking, nimble cost containment services. Kori will continue to oversee all products, full business operations, and account management. She is supported by and will collaborate with Paul Schiele, CIO. “Kori has been an integral part in the growth of S1 Medical. She has incredible depth and breadth of knowledge of the industry and is constantly trying to improve both. It is my experience that we learn a little from everyone with whom we work. We have all learned a lot from Kori,” said Schiele.

Theusch, who first joined the Executive Team of S1 Medical in 2017, brings 18 years of experience in managed care. Prior to her role as Director of Operations with S1, she held various client-interfacing positions supporting the claims operations of some of the country’s largest managed care employers. She is currently a Board Member of Kids Chance of New York as well as Creative Director of Sports & Entertainment Risk Management Alliance (SERMA).
