Inszone Insurance Services Acquires Sheridan Insurance

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Inszone Insurance Services: a rapidly growing, national provider of benefits, personal and commercial lines insurance, announced today the acquisition of Sheridan Insurance.

In 1987, Jim Sheridan started his insurance agency in Aurora, CO. Specializing in employer and individual health, life, dental, disability, vision, and supplemental benefits insurance, Sheridan Insurance grew rapidly within the community. Jim’s career in the insurance industry dates to 1983 when he begun working with Mutual of Omaha, eventually going out on his own and founding Sheridan Insurance.

“It is important that the customers we have worked with for so many years are well taken care of, I firmly believe that Inszone Insurance will take good care of them,” said Jim Sheridan, previous owner of Sheridan Insurance.

Sheridan Insurance clients can expect to receive the same service they have become accustomed to with additional resources and a larger team to support their commercial, personal and benefits insurance needs, now out of the Inszone Insurance Lakewood, CO location.

“We are excited to bring Sheridan Insurance into the Inszone Insurance family,” said Chris Walters, CEO of Inszone Insurance Services. “This acquisition provides our 10th acquisition in the state of Colorado which is another incredible milestone in our expansion throughout the state.”
