Accredible Bolsters Leadership Roster with New Hires in Marketing, Product and Customer Success

On the heels of its 10th anniversary, Accredible adds five industry veterans to its global leadership team

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--()--Accredible, the world’s leading digital credentialing platform, is celebrating its 10th anniversary with continued investment in its growth through the expansion and hire of five new leadership roles: Shobhna Srivastava, vice president of engineering; Rochelle (Sherman) Ramirez, vice president of product; Jennifer Clifford, senior director of growth marketing; Aubrey Sepko, senior director of account management; and Dan Theckston, vice president of customer success. With these strategic hires, Accredible will offer expanded value to its customers through innovative product development and an improved customer experience, in addition to growing its demand funnel through diverse, creative marketing initiatives.

Accredible is investing heavily in its product team growth with the addition of Shobhna Srivastava as vice president of engineering and Rochelle (Sherman) Ramirez as vice president of product. Srivastava has a career spanning more than 20 years in numerous countries and now leads engineering at Accredible, steering the teams that build Accredible’s dashboard, Credential.net and CourseFinder.io. Her expertise includes building large-scale search, knowledge graphs, recommendation engines and data processing systems.

Ramirez, Accredible’s vice president of product, brings more than two decades of product leadership experience – most recently as chief product officer at Endera – with an emphasis on impacting users through strategic market thinking, execution and leadership. Ramirez’s experience launching Endera’s B2B continuous evaluation and analytics platform will inform her work at Accredible as she drives product innovation to help clients solve their most demanding digital credentialing challenges.

Jennifer Clifford – who will lead the marketing team inclusive of demand generation and digital marketing, brand and creative, events and PR as senior director of growth marketing – joins Accredible from Bonterra, where she led her team through the integration of four companies from a merger as vice president of demand generation. Prior to Bonterra, Clifford was with Precisely (formerly Syncsort), where she was the vice president of global marketing services and responsible for facilitating top-of-funnel growth to scale the business over a span of eight years.

Accredible is also doubling down on its commitment to a premier customer experience with two new hires on the customer success side: Dan Theckston as vice president of customer success and Aubrey Sepko as senior director of account management. Theckston, who comes to Accredible after managing four product lines at Xplor, brings a wealth of experience in improving client retention, driving organic growth and activating go-to-market initiatives. Having also served as a managing director at ExamSoft, Theckston will employ a deep knowledge of education technology to help Accredible’s partners.

Sepko, senior director of account management, has spent more than 10 years leading customer support, account management and education teams for various SaaS companies, most recently Honorlock, where she served as vice president of customer experience. In her role at Accredible, she will work with her team to ensure all Accredible clients have a true partnership experience, increasing retention and creating lifelong customers.
