CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Intero, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America, Inc., is proud to announce its Chief Executive Officer, Brian Crane, has been named on the 10^th annual Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200) list for 2023. The SP 200 ranks the most powerful and influential leaders and executives in the residential real estate brokerage industry.

Brian has had more than 30 years of influence on the real estate industry both regionally and nationally. As one of the original founders of Intero, he is highly regarded within the real estate community, providing support and guidance for the company and its nearly 2500 corporate and franchise agents, as well as for other companies and leaders within the HomeServices of America network.

Intero, which celebrated its 20^th anniversary last year, has been highly successful and has seen some of its most profitable years under Brian’s leadership since the company was founded in 2002. He was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in April 2019 after 17 years as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Relationships and manager of Intero’s Los Gatos office.
