Relation Insurance Services Acquires Napa Valley Insurance

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relation Insurance Services, Inc. (“Relation”) acquired the assets of Napa Valley Insurance. (“Napa”). The transaction went into effect on December 1, 2022; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
