NYSE Arca to Suspend Trading in Franklin FTSE Russia ETF (FLRU) and Commence Delisting Proceedings

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NYSE Arca, Inc. (“NYSE Arca”) announced today that the staff of NYSE Regulation has determined to commence proceedings to delist the Franklin FTSE Russia ETF (the “Fund”) -- ticker symbol FLRU-- issued by Franklin Templeton ETF Trust (the “Trust”) from NYSE Arca. Trading in the Fund on NYSE Arca has been halted since March 4, 2022, and will be suspended immediately.

The delisting determination was made in light of the Trust's announcement of its decision to suspend the right of redemption of its shares in order to permit the Fund to be liquidated.

The Trust has informed the Exchange that it is waiving its appeal rights with respect to this delisting. NYSE Arca will apply to the SEC to delist the Fund upon completion of all applicable procedures.
