Ingenovis Health Names Robin Geiger as Senior Vice President of Clinician Advocacy

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ingenovis Health, Inc. (Ingenovis), a top healthcare talent and workforce provider backed by private investment firms Cornell Capital and Trilantic North America, announced the addition of Robin Geiger, DNP, MSN, FNP-BC, NEA-BC as Senior Vice President of Clinician Advocacy. Dr. Geiger's expertise includes executive leadership, evidence-based practice implementation, and practical bedside experience. Her impressive and diverse skillset makes her uniquely qualified to speak to today’s healthcare landscape through multiple lenses, enhancing the organization's innovative efforts to stem the tide of healthcare provider attrition.

“Robin’s arrival could not have come at a more optimal time,” stated Bart Valdez, Chief Executive Officer of Ingenovis Health. “As the industry continues to experience record-high levels of provider burnout, her clinical, academic and executive leadership skills will be instrumental in fulfilling our purpose to continue to build a home for healthcare talent. Her focus will be listening, surveying and responding to clinicians, and building Ingenovis’ industry-leading initiatives to support healthcare professionals with the essential tools and resources needed during these turbulent times.”

In her new position, Dr. Geiger will lead the ACT Program, launched in August 2022 and built on insights from frontline healthcare workers. The program leverages listening and data collection to better understand retention and attrition factors and prioritizes needs accordingly, to offer clinicians a vast toolbox of resources.

"It is a thrill to bring on someone of Robin's caliber to drive home programs based on direct feedback and requests that we have collected from our clinicians the last few years, especially during the pandemic,” added Chief Operations Officer Laurie Reichert. “The ACT program was created as a direct response to what they have been telling us, and with Robin's oversight, we can support their needs in a way that has the greatest impact.”

Services offered by the ACT program range from mental health support to financial counseling, continuing education, and advocacy for critical issues impacting the profession. Additionally, the evolving platform will continue introducing new and advanced programs to help reinforce clinicians’ career development and advancement.

“It is an honor and a privilege to guide this purposeful program as we lead a movement in clinician advocacy,” Dr. Geiger said. “The conditions for healthcare workers have dramatically changed, and our providers and clients need to know we are listening, adapting and walking the walk. The ACT program delivers the missing link in providing healthcare workers with the essential tools and resources to grow, flourish and advance in their careers. It is a bold and exciting concept that I’m proud to lead.”

Dr. Geiger has a long-standing history of assembling impactful and forward-thinking teams emphasizing improving healthcare quality and increasing patient safety. Her vast experience includes accreditation and developing policies to support foundational programs through assessment and data analysis. Previously, she served as Associate Dean of Academic Affairs for National University, School of Health Professions, focused on strategic planning, clinical program development, and academic operations.
