Sica | Fletcher Makes Senior Advisory Hire With Lou Caltavuturo Joining the Firm as Managing Director

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sica | Fletcher (SF), the leading M&A advisor to the insurance industry, has announced that Lou Caltavuturo has joined the firm as Managing Director and will focus on transaction origination in the insurance brokerage space and in adjacent industry verticals.

Prior to joining Sica | Fletcher, Lou served as President of Vantage Insurance Partners, a private equity-backed acquirer of insurance distribution firms based in New York. Before co-founding Vantage in 2019, Lou was a Partner and Managing Director at Dowling Hales for 15 years, where he represented insurance brokers and carriers nationwide in sell-side transactions worth well over $1.5 billion in aggregate value.

Preceding his time with Hales, Lou worked at Fox-Pitt, Kelton Inc., a boutique financial services investment banking firm, where he focused on M&A and equity transactions worth in excess of $10 billion. Lou was also a commercial lender with Deutsche Bank focused on the insurance industry and started his career as a central banker with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
