KBRA Releases Report Assigning Ratings to Various Sales Tax Securitization Corporation Bonds; Affirming Ratings on Outstanding Debt; Outlook is Stable

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On December 6, 2022, KBRA assigned a long-term rating of AAA with a Stable Outlook to the following Sales Tax Securitization Corporation bonds and affirmed the AAA rating for outstanding parity obligations:

  • Sales Tax Securitization Bonds, Series 2023A (Social Bonds)
  • Sales Tax Securitization Bonds, Taxable Series 2023B (Social Bonds)

KBRA additionally assigned a long-term rating of AA+ with a Stable Outlook to the following Sales Tax Securitization Corporation bonds and affirmed the AA+ rating for outstanding parity obligations:

  • Second Lien Sales Tax Securitization Bonds, Refunding Series 2023A
  • Second Lien Sales Tax Securitization Bonds, Taxable Refunding Series 2023B
