In this new role, Todd will lead and help shape global policy and external affairs development with a focus on issue management, strategic stakeholder engagement, and support of cross-functional partnerships.

Todd brings extensive experience developing and implementing public policy and external affairs programs for technology and energy companies. Before joining CyrusOne, Todd held a leadership role in corporate public policy for WGL, an energy utility in the Washington, D.C. region, where he led the company’s energy ecosystem and public policy strategy development. Previously, he worked in a similar capacity for Micron Technology, a global manufacturer of semiconductors, managing legislative and regulatory affairs impacting the company.
