Video News: The DJI Classic 3 will become available for order this month

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--B&H is pleased to announce DJI is adding to its ever-expanding family of drones with the newly announced DJI Mavic 3 Classic. The Mavic 3 Classic aims to be the more affordable little brother of the flagship DJI Mavic 3, which has been out for less than a year. The new model now means the Mavic 3 Series now comes in five versions: Mavic 3 Classic, Mavic 3, and Mavic 3 Cine, as well as Mavic 3E and 3T for enterprise users.

Mavic 3 Classic is largely like the regular version. The primary difference is that it only has a single 20MP 4/3 CMOS Hasselblad camera, unlike the Mavic 3, sacrificing the tele lens of the latter. The Four Thirds sensor is significantly larger than the ones in DJI's smaller drones, such as the DJI Mini 3 Pro and DJI Air 2S. Additionally, the gimbal does not support gimbal lock.

DJI Mavic 3 Classic is compatible with Mavic 3-Series batteries, allowing for 40 minutes of hovering time and 46 minutes of flight time, ensuring more time to create and less time worrying about battery level. It’s also compatible with several other accessories, such as the low-noise propellers or various DJI-carrying bags and cases.
