The solution also enabled users to mitigate data redundancy issues while addressing data security and compliance challenges resulting from prior efforts of migrating from Slack to MS Teams. The self-service application was built utilizing a modern SharePoint interface, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Sharegate and Graph API. It resulted in an 89% increase in overall adoption, contained content sprawl, improved the accessibility of data in Microsoft Teams and enabled IT to govern Microsoft Teams content better.
